Geraldine Santiago At the time I bought my first home, I was not a realtor and I found the entire buying process difficult. I did not know about getting my own agent, I didn't know what questions to ask, where to look without spending considerable time and effort, and what documents to sign and review. That is why I decided to write my first book on home buying titled, the "Complete Home Buyer's Guide for Canadians". I approached a publisher whose mandate was also to help the average consumer. My book provides resources, information, checklists to help the consumer throughout their journey of buying their first home. I provide a complimentary copy to my clients and those who attend my home buying seminars.
